Hi the gearbox will sound like clunk clunk clunk round the corner, or some other noise, if it sound like wining noise round the corner then that is a Cusco 1.5way lsd in the box, if it sound like clunk clunk clunk then that is a KAAZ 1.5way lsd, so you maybe have after market lsd in that box, but when we tried it in the car everything was good, it made wining noise and thats all, which is normal for a aftermarket lsd.
maybe wrong oil, I am not sure what type the lsd is, disc, plate or locked 1.5way, and also the lsd is adjustable maybe, but I think wrong oil in the gearbox will make the lsd noisy round corners.
