The following terms and conditions apply to all International, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and US Virgin Islands Shipping destinations. Please read the below terms and conditions carefully before agreeing to proceed with your order. Please also print and retain for your records. The weight and dimensions of the individual package determine shipping and handling charges for all destinations being shipped outside the continental U.S. All orders being shipped internationally are shipped using Airborne/DHL only. All APO/FPO orders are shipped via USPS Priority or Express Mail only.
**Shipping and handling will be charged SEPARATELY. Therefore, you initially be charged for your parts order only. All orders not being shipped to the continental U.S. are shipped Ground to our international processing facility, located in Hamilton, N.J. As our warehouses are located nationwide, it can take 4-7 business days for your order to reach the international processing center. You will receive an initial tracking number via e-mail indicating that your package is in transit to the international processing facility.
**The initial tracking number to NJ is for your information only, and is provided to keep you informed of the status of your order to the processing facility. It does not guarantee that your order will ship on receipt of the package at the processing facility. Once the package arrives and is sorted in the international processing facility, it is then weighed and measured. Due to the high volume of international orders being received at the international processing facility, it takes 2-3 business days to process the order and send you an updated status via e-mail.

*** The above cost is an approximation only. It does not guarantee that the price quoted above will not increase or decrease. Depending on what you ordered, the shipping and handling charges will in some cases exceed the cost of the part. Please be aware that once the package is weighed and measured the shipping charges may increase or decrease. You will be notified via e-mail in the event that the shipping charges increase or decrease. The ACTUAL shipping charges will be e-mailed to you and charged to the same credit card used to place the order BEFORE your order ships.

You are purchasing your order with an international credit card. International credit card companies do not verify they're customers names and billing addresses for overseas companies for your protection. Due to the increasing number of internet fraud orders, we now require a one time verification of identity. We are a member of the BBB online reliability program and have been in business since 1996. To protect our customer's and us as a company we need you complete one of the following steps in order to process your order. 1) FAX 1(609-890-1695) over a copy of your credit card statement, we cannot accept scanned attachments. All we need is to see your billing address and the last 7 digits of your credit card number. You can black out the rest of the statement for your privacy and protection.

2) If your statement is not in English, please fax a lightened enlarged copy of BOTH sides of your credit card.
or
3) FAX 1(609-890-1695) a letter from your bank on corporate bank letterhead stating that the card number provided belongs to you and is billed to the billing address provided when you placed your order.
**If you are having your order shipped to the continental US, please be aware that we do not send commercial invoices for any order being shipped to the continental U.S. The only invoice you will receive is the "Invoice - Payment accepted - Retain for your records", which is itemized but not on company letterhead. We will not be able to provide you with any further documentation for customs clearance.
Please check one of the boxes below and fax it to the number above along with your credit card verification. Your order will not be processed until we receive your credit card verification and a checked copy of the terms and conditions.
